What does the role entail?
As the India and Global Marketing Lead , you will be the cornerstone of our marketing strategy, responsible for:
- Defining and Owning the Brand Narrative:
Craft and drive a strong global brand narrative that resonates across markets, building a differentiated identity for Bosch MPS. - Championing Product-Led Growth (PLG):
Align marketing strategies with PLG frameworks to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention in B2B Mobility environment. - Strategic Pricing and Market Positioning:
Develop pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics while ensuring value alignment for our products and platforms. - Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Lead the planning and execution of holistic campaigns, combining digital, content, and event strategies to create a seamless customer journey. - Martech and Digital Ecosystem Leadership:
Drive the implementation of a robust Martech stack, ensuring data-driven marketing excellence. Oversee the design and optimization of websites for intuitive user experiences. - Content and Thought Leadership:
Elevate Bosch MPS s market presence by creating high-impact content strategies, contributing to industry discussions, and building domain authority. - GTM Strategy and Product Launches:
Partner with product, sales, and regional teams to define and execute Go-to-Market plans for global and regional rollouts. - Partner Enablement and Loyalty Programs:
Enhance the partner ecosystem with co-marketing initiatives and loyalty strategies that drive shared growth and value. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage analytics and insights to measure impact, optimize marketing spends, and refine strategies for global scalability. - Team Leadership and Collaboration:
