Our advanced production facilities include a state-of-the-art polycarbonate extrusion line and an SMT assembly line capable of mounting 50,000 chips per hour. We aim to leverage digital marketing to accelerate business growth, enhance brand visibility, and connect with our customers effectively.

Role Overview
We seek a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Expert to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Focus on promoting LED tube lights and battens to B2B and B2C audiences.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  3. SEO & Content Marketing:
    • Drive organic traffic through SEO-optimized content and strategies.
    • Manage blogs, landing pages, and website content to enhance visibility.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Develop creative content strategies for social media platforms to boost engagement and build a strong online presence.
    • Monitor and respond to customer interactions across social media channels.
  5. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
    • Create and optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates.
    • Use email marketing tools for nurturing leads and promoting products.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights and monthly reports to the management team.
  7. E-commerce Integration:
    • Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and set up an effective e-commerce presence.
    • Develop strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
    • Work closely with designers, developers, and content writers to execute campaigns.


Qualifications and Experience

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Hub-Spot, or equivalent will be a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.
    • Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or technology will be preferred.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
    • Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms for website management.
    • Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mail-chimp or Hub-Spot.
  4. Creative Skills:
    • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
    • Ability to create video content for platforms like YouTube or Instagram Reels will be advantageous.
  5. Analytical Skills:
    • Strong data analysis skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
    • Ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights.
  6. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
