Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic SCM professional to manage inventory, logistics, credit control, data
analytics, and field verification for our LED tube light refilling distribution. This role
ensures seamless multi-location stock management, payments, and risk control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stockist & Distribution Partnerships
• Identify and onboard service agencies across Maharashtra.
• Establish contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
2. Supply Chain & Logistics
• Plan & optimize stock dispatch, QR-based tracking, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficient logistics.
3. Finance & Credit Control
• Monitor timely payments & credit risks.
• Implement strict payment follow-ups & reconciliations.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
• Track real-time stock levels, sales, and financial trends.
• Generate insights for business growth and efficiency.
5. Field Verification & Audits
• Conduct random audits & prevent fraud/losses.
• Ensure retailer compliance with stock & payments.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
2. Proficiency in Distributo, Zoho, NeoDove, Advance Excel.
3. Strong negotiation, problem-solving & decision-making.
4. Willing to travel for on-ground verification.
