Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary role involves calling potential leads, confirming site visits for detailed discussions, and assisting in closing orders. Knowledge of air conditioning systems will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management:

  • Call potential leads and provide information about our HVAC products and services.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for Sales Engineers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Address initial queries and provide basic product insights.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure timely closures.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales Engineers to ensure seamless coordination between lead generation and order closure.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product and service offerings.

4. Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on lead progress and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM or lead management systems.


Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.

Experience:

  • 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry (preferred).

Language Proficiency:

  • Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and Telugu (preferred).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Work Mode: Complete work-from-office role.
