Brief team/Department description: Our Global Digital team India at Azurity Pharm is building new capabilities in Sr Technical Consultant

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O: Sr Technical Consultant (9+ Years Experience)

Having at Hands-on at least 1-2 strong implementation, deployment, and support experiences in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is crucial for a Dynamics 365 Sr Technical Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Integration and Interface Development

• Implement seamless 3rd Party integrations with systems like Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle ERP.
• Leverage tools like Azure Service Bus, Data Factory, and Dual-Write for data synchronization.
• Develop and manage REST/OData and SOAP APIs.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Architect integrations with third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and APIs.
• Develop technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and integration diagrams

Customization and Development

• Customize Dynamics 365 modules using X++, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Create custom workflows, plugins, forms, and reports (SSRS).
• Build and configure Data Entities for Data Management Framework (DMF).

Performance Optimization

• Enhance system performance, optimize queries, and troubleshoot batch job issues.
• Resolve master planning and operational bottlenecks.

Deployment and Environment Management

• Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps and manage version control.
• Set up and manage environments with Lifecycle Services (LCS).

Reporting, Automation, and Analytics

• Create Dynamics 365 Reports, Power BI dashboards for real-time insights.
• Implement in-memory analytics for advanced reporting.

Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and prepare detailed technical documentation.

Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.

Support and Maintenance

• Provide L1-L3 support for resolving advanced technical issues.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

Reporting and Analytics: Excel Analysis, Power BI, SSRS, SSRIS, SSAS, Advanced Data Analytics (added plus)

• • Finance: AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Management, Budgeting
  • Supply Chain: Order to Cash, Inventory, Master Planning, Procurement, Sales & Distribution,3PL Logistics, WH, Extended WH
  • Commerce: Pricing, Omnichannel Sales, Retail Operations
  • Manufacturing: Production Control, Manufacturing Execution, Bill of Materials

Required Educations, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science engineer / MTech/ MCA or similar fields of study.
• At least 9+ years of relevant hands-on experience in the Corporate Applications
• Hands-on experience with the listed applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and Enterprise project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on software development or systems implementation experience.
