AzimuthGRC - Project Manager - PMP/Prince2 (10-17 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Project Planning :

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Execution & Delivery :

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Team Coordination :

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans as needed.

Stakeholder Management :

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Management :

- Oversee project budgets, including tracking expenses, managing financial forecasts, and ensuring cost effectiveness.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project requirements and specifications.

Documentation :

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Desired :

- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master role

- PMP/PRINCE2 certified is a plus.

- Experience with Agile methods used in implementing cloud-based solutions, Azure DevOps

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the

- Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement

- Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the concepts of Agile software development.

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Should be from the IT service industry who serve Mortgage and Banking Clients.

- Scrum Master certification is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
