Fixed Salary + Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Build and maintained strong relationships with key clients, Investor business partners.
• Generates leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Schedule and conduct property sit visits with potential buyers.
• Monitor day to day sales activities and performances metrics.
• Assist in complex negotiation and helps close deals. act as the point of content for escalated sales issues and provide solution to ensure successfully transactions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Client Guidance: Assist clients in making informed decisions about real estate investments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust sales tactics and recommend new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in real estate sales.

A network of industry contents (brokers, clients, investors) in Gurgaon.

Ability to build and Maintain relationships with clients
