Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for medical and non-medical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare recruitment, a deep understanding of hospital staffing needs, and the ability to drive efficient hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop hiring plans aligned with hospital growth and workforce demands.
• Sourcing & Networking: Leverage job portals, professional networks, and hospital referrals to attract top talent.
• Interview & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers in decision-making.
• Employer Branding: Enhance Vikram Auras employer reputation through effective outreach and engagement.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes align with hospital policies and medical regulations.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track hiring metrics like TAT, funnel ratio, and joining ratio to optimize hiring efficiency.

Requirements

✅ 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitals or the healthcare industry.
✅ Strong understanding of medical and non-medical staffing requirements in hospitals.
✅ Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software (ATS).
✅ Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
