Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multifunctional Data Analyst with expertise in the eDiscovery field. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and possess strong analytical capabilities to work with complex data sets, along with experience using industry-leading eDiscovery tools. You will play a critical role in supporting litigation and regulatory investigation processes by ensuring data accuracy, performing quality control, and delivering results on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process data related to eDiscovery projects using tools such as Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, IPRO, LAW.
- Provide technical support and documentation throughout the eDiscovery process.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
- Develop and maintain end-user applications using MS Access, Excel, VBA, and scripting languages like Python.
- Perform complex text and data manipulations on large datasets using Excel, Python, VBA, or other utilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues related to network configurations and Windows environments within eDiscovery platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in eDiscovery or related software is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one eDiscovery tool (e.g., Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, IPRO, LAW).
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA for data manipulation, with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: MS Access, MS Excel, VBA (highly desirable).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Strong knowledge of the **eDiscovery lifecycle** and best practices.

Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating with international teams and clients, predominantly based in the USA.
Work Schedule:
The candidate must be flexible with working hours, as many of our clients are USA based. You may be required to work evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines.
