Account Executive

• Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Update internal systems with financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting Procedures.
• Account receivable & payable, TDS working & GST Working, Bill checking.
• MIS reports
• Responsible for doing all Associated Accounts Entries.
• Responsible for providing support for the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Accounting Functions.
• Experience in hands-on working in Tally.
• Must have experience in Tally and Excel.
• Responsible for all compliance-related work and dealing with consultants.
• Responsible for continuously following up on payment-related tasks as required.
