Job Description

The role focuses on strengthening supply chain finance programs for new and existing clients. This includes identifying new opportunities and designing suitable credit solutions for the merchant ecosystem. Additionally, the role aims to drive growth in the supply chain finance AUM within the assigned region by implementing tailored finance offerings, onboarding merchants under various supply chain finance programs, and ensuring active utilization of these programs by the onboarded merchants.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Generate supply chain finance offerings with new and existing merchants who have Supply Chain Finance requirements.
Work closely with Ayekart s business relationship manager to understand the merchant ecosystem. Structure a Supply chain finance proposal to enable the approval of Supply chain finance Programs in NBFCs.
Implement approved Supply Chain Finance offerings by working with support functions (Credit team, Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT Team) in NBFC and enabling merchant onboarding in the respective region to ensure timely implementation and asset utilization for Supply chain finance AUM growth.
Own and manage the P&L of the merchant s portfolio in the respective region to ensure SCF AUM growth with adequate controls from a Risk and Compliance perspective.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors products and the market landscape for supply chain finance. Continuously innovate and customize Supply Chain Finance solutions for the merchant s ecosystem.
Guide Ayekart s business relationship manager team on Supply Chain Finance opportunities and solutions to ensure growth in the Supply chain Finance business.
Manage the sales channel/business correspondent channel deployed to onboard the merchant s ecosystem under supply chain finance programs.

Qualification and Experience:


Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred three to five years in the same space.
Good understanding of the Supply chain finance ecosystem preferably worked in NBFCs in the same space.

Skills and Core Competencies:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
