Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance and show positive results.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and challenges.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Preferable bachelors degree in any field with prior experience of 2-5 years in banking sales and marketing (preferably gold loan sales).
• Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of [2-5] years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
