Job Description
- SPOC for Project and drive the Project Execution in holistic view, work collaboratively with Internal Stake holders like Business Development, Project Finance, Design and Engineering team, QHSE team and Procurement team to execute the Project on time within Budget and without compromising on Quality & Safety Requirements.
- Plan the Work Break Structure, Implementation schedule, Budgeting, Cost control, Quality & Safety
- Pro Active Interface with Government Agencies like but not limited to PPA Off taker, Park Developer & Utilities, Discoms, CEIG / CEA to get approvals for projects
- Establish Project Processes & Governance: 1. Continuously Monitor & Control 2. Project Schedule, Cost, Quality, Safety.
- Document Project Learnings & Share with Internal stake holders
- Asset Handover to Operation Maintenance Team
- Provide direction/guidance to Construction manager
- Support SCM / Project finance on terms negotiations with EPC / Lender
- Understand & high light the risks of project to management proactively.
- Managing contracts, Handling of claims management and Contracts closure within budgeted cost
- Controlling Material Reconciliation, Vendor Invoicing and keep a tab on Store Operations.
- Communicate results to Internal / External stake holders, management in a clear, concise manner
- Coordinate with legal counsel for litigation and participate in the amendment, termination, and renegotiation of contracts.
