Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Earthing & Lightning Protection or electrical
industry. - Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Drive the sales process from order confirmation to closure, ensuring sales targets are met or
- exceeded, contributing to the Company revenue goals.
- Conduct regular customer visits to nurture relationships, understand their needs, and propose
- appropriate solutions to drive sales growth while ensuring customer-centric approach for longterm partnership.
- Lead negotiations to secure high-value orders, while maintaining customer satisfaction and
- profitability.
- Identify opportunities to present complementary products or services to maximize customer value and promote the Company s full product portfolio to drive business growth.
- Track sales performance through key metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and
- customer acquisition costs and adjust the strategies to improve outcome.
- Generate revenue by identifying new opportunities in existing markets and segments, as well as tapping into unexplored areas.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify high-potential regions or industries for growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
