Job Description
Education: BSc MSc IT/ Computer Engineering / IT Engineering / BCom
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience of working with different module sin SAP
Skills & Abilities:
- Creates queries to support ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Data enrichment activities during project
- Data model for specific SAP functional area
- Helps with data mapping
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills and keen attention to detail
- Accounting background or knowledge of financial applications is an advantage but not required
Job Description & Responsibility:
- Appointment of New Distributors/Nurturing Existing Distributors.
- Oversee cleansing and validation efforts as part of SAP data migration
- Analyse SAP production issues and define sustainable solutions
- Assist users in defining new report requirements and act as a liaison between the various segments and the AMC partner.
- Provide effective communication to IT team and stakeholders
- Acts as an IT Business Partner for the Divisional Business Unit Leadership Teams within the Finance and Operations functions
- Manage resolution of issues efficiently and professionally. Monitors ongoing jobs and ensures immediate resolution of the reported problem
- Ability to understand technical details, integration, and functions of multiple applications/complex
- systems
- Ability to understand multiple complex business processes and serve as a subject matter expert
- Create and execute test scenarios to ensure the quality of deliverables to meet business requirements
- Articulate requirements to technical teams in a variety of ways, including via logical diagrams, use cases, data samples, and anecdotes
- Proactively increase the efficiency of the day-to-day operations by suggesting improvements regarding tools and processes
- Maintain strong working knowledge of supported systems and continually strives to enhance knowledge through ongoing training, reading, and participating in projects and improvement initiatives
