Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities:
1. Application support Account opening.
2. Convert Business Requirements (BRDs) into functional specification documents. Maintaining and updating system and integrated deleted documentation during course of development and maintenance.
3. Connect and Coordinate with in-house development team, Product managers, and extended application delivery owners for driving design and execution of best in class solution.
4. Conduct and provide support for functional testing of the API platform along with critical stakeholders and coordinate for getting the critical signoffs including Product Owner, Infosec, CAB Approval.
5. Groom development team during sprints on integration with all KYC and Account Opening related APIs.
6. Conduct POCs on KYC related systems and assist in solutioning requirements into technical architecture.
Expertise:
1. Qualification - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering or Technology
2. Must have supported technical integrations for any KYC or account opening related platforms in BFSI domain.
3. Must be able to understand and convert business requirements into technical approach specifications.
4. Must have - SQL, REST APIs, Postman, Microsoft Office suite, JIRA.
5. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and techno-functional skill.
6. Must be able to work in cross functional teams.
7. Must be able to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Must have Customer Centric Approach
