As the in-charge of Manager QA, you will have the following responsibilities:

• To Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
• To Supports the Project Engineer / Project Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
• To Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
• To Allocate Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
• To Supervise, inspect, maintain reports and the documentation of all the required Quality Records.
• To Support the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors, material suppliers and resources providers
• To Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
• To Coordinate the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
• To Supervise the correct equipment calibration management activities.
• To Coordinate with the Project Engineer / Project Manager to analyses of non-conformities.
• To Experience in developing and reviewing project qality plans, contract documents and project specifications
• To Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.
• To Conduct and organize QMS Internal/External audit and ensure close out of all Inspection and Audit Non conformities
• To be Responsible for checking quality of raw material at source and site as per the decided frequency.
• Developing and establishing standards and methods for inspection, testing, evaluation and ensuring abiding by them.
• Supervising and overseeing the analysis, inspection, design, and testing, to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Checking of the quality of material received at the sites as per the required specifications & quality norms to avoid use of substandard material. Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material.
• Establishment of testing laboratories at the sites.
• Setting and overseeing the implementation of a testing and inspection schedule and ensuring the compliance with the set date and procedures.
• Supervising and coordinating the quality auditing efforts to ensure compliance with adopted standards.
• Inspecting and checking the executed works to ensure the quality.
• Maintaining Quality Manual and Quality Procedures Manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the criticality of quality and the adopted standards for RCC works, Finishing & MEP works.
• Responsible for checking quality of raw material at source and site as per the decided frequency.
• Auditing work
• Snagging & de-snagging of the completed flats before customer inspection.
• Attending & completing the post-handing over customer complaints.
• Handing over of basements & common areas to Maintenance department & preparing necessary documents for the same.
• Conducting Quality meeting to all above said team members to create a healthy working environment for the company and employees.
• Corrective and Preventive action ot Customer Complaints.
• Support on Fire Mock drill & trainings.
• Water & Power saving Initiatives and any as such
• Internal Self Audits.
• Support on Fire Mock Drill Training.
• Proficiency in managing & maintenance of various equipments in reducing downtime enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
• Knowledge of Access control, Fire alarm System, CCTV, handling of various Fire/Natural Disaster/Medical emergencies of Corporate Security.
• Briefing on standard operating procedure and policies that have to be followed while up keeping conference
• Training for newly recruited employees on Quality Assurance
• Preparing daily weekly and monthly reports.
• Regular checks for the quality service and replace incase of inefficiency.
• Establishing and implementing various system and procedure to comply with ISO quality standards.
