As part of the South Asia Pacific (SAP) Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will provide strategic, administrative and operational support in executing the overall India SAARC marketing plans, manage the Axis Academy training program, localisation of content, and drive key digital marketing initiatives for the India SAARC region.

This dynamic role requires you to independently manage portfolios from start to finish. While youll delegate certain tasks to vendors and other stakeholders, you need to ensure that every detail is executed completely, accurately and on time and budget.

Success in this position demands a dynamic personality and proven ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Youll need to manage expectations, provide solutions, and balance collaboration with appropriate assertiveness and diplomacy. Working closely with the sales team, youll drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and targeted tactics across channel and end-user communities to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Additionally, you may support larger SAP regional projects, participating in joint regional activities and programs as needed.

The role requires travel within India SAARC and internationally for approximately 25% of your time to support major trade shows and events across the region.

This role is based in Bangalore, India.
