Zonal Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Cater to the functional training needs of the Sales team
• Conduct the training need analysis for the sales team and help the team in developing the required skills and competency in discussion with the L&D head and business head
• Design training modules (Online/ Offline) and conduct sessions related to products, equity market, debt market, MF, PMS, AIF, Debt & Derivative market for sales force and distributors to increase awareness
• Manage & execute training delivery for all segments as per the training requirements
• Prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per the organization goals
• Conduct Investor Awareness Programs (IAP) as per the SEBI norms
• Assist in non-training initiatives like new product launches, market updates and regulation change updates
• Design training modules and training content for consumption by Sales teams
• Conduct training sessions for the employees at various Axis Mutual Fund offices in the respective zone
