We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who can help us manage the recruitment for the corporate roles for Axis Mutual Fund.

What you will Do?

• Manager end to end recruitment for corporate functions such as finance, compliance, digital, marketing, legal, fund accounting, IT, etc
• Ensure effective staffing is done within defined timelines and budgets
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain smooth communication and positive candidate engagement.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as a top employer within the mutual fund industry.
• Track key metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Drive operational excellence through improvements in critical people processes and identify opportunities to create employee delight
• Driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals

What makes you a Great Fit?

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
• 2+ Years of relevant experience in HR preferably in recruitment and employee life cycle
• Effective communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
• Strong understanding of corporate functions in the mutual fund industry.
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goal
