Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition Analyst IT

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Analyst with expertise in IT recruitment to drive our talent acquisition strategy. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, leveraging both direct outreach and data-driven insights. A key responsibility will include reaching out to candidates via calls to engage and assess potential hires, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing & Recruitment
    • Identify, source, and attract top IT talent using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and direct sourcing methods.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
    • Call candidates to assess interest, availability, and alignment with job requirements, providing detailed job information.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends to stakeholders.
  3. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Ensure proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, offering feedback and answering queries.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring processes.
    • Generate reports on hiring trends, candidate feedback, and market intelligence.
  5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    • Enhance employer branding through job fairs, social media campaigns, and engagement strategies.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  6. Compliance & Diversity Initiatives
    • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
    • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  1. Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  2. Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in ATS (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and direct outreach strategies.
  3. Soft Skills
    • Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates over the phone.
    • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical Skills
    • Experience in analyzing recruitment metrics and generating actionable insights.
