Job Description
We are looking at on-boarding a dedicated resource for CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management). The role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Customer Lifecycle mapping and segmentation
Drive customer loyalty across the entire customer base irrespective of channel/distributor
Responsible for managing Customer NPS across all channels
Drive customer distributor engagement with entire existing customer/distributor base through segment based engagement based on identified lifecycle triggers
Drive key growth metrics to be measured by:
o CLV growth
o Customer Retention
o Upsell/cross-sell % via any channel
o Customer win-backs
o Digital Sales and Service platforms adoption (B2C B2B)
