Operations-Fund Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• NAV Calculation:
• Calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual funds on a daily or weekly basis.
• Ensure all fund income, expenses, and asset values are accurately recorded.
• Review and verify the accuracy of NAV calculations and related reports.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and fund records.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all cash transactions.
• Fund Accounting:
• Maintain detailed records of all fund transactions, including purchases, sales, and distributions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and other compliance documentation.
• Provide support during audits and regulatory examinations.
