Job Description
What you will Do?
- Drive sales through IFA & ND
- Achieve the Gross Sales & Net Sales targets
- Manage the existing distribution partners through regular communication and nurture relationship with them
- Manage the distributor accounts and their HNWI clients to develop the AUM
- Coordinate with product and research team to provide support to the Distributors
- Provide Sales support to existing and new distributor relationships
- Client Management & Distributor events & trainings
What makes you a Great Fit?
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8 to 10 years of experience
- NISM Certified
- Preferably, experienced professional from Asset Management Companies (Mutual Fund), PMS Houses, Distribution Houses
- Have existing distributor relationships
- Good communication skills & an excellent understanding of the financial industry
- Effective relationship management skills to be able to address partnership needs
- Good understanding of debt/ equity and mutual funds
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
- Deep understanding of the products and key business parameters
- Open to local commute and outstation travel if require
