ROLE: Key Account Manager
LOCATION: Delhi / NCR, Mumbai (All Areas)

Some of our clients are Havells, Polycab, Bajaj Electricals, Mobil, Valvoline, Lupin, Sun-pharma, Cipla, Marlboro, Red bull, McCain, Cargill Foods, Carl Zeiss, Luxottica, Kering and more.
We seek a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the company s relationships with its most important clients. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure that we are their first choice of preference.
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
7. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Job specification:
Proven experience as a key account manager
Providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
Proficient in MS Office and other basic software
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification- Graduate or MBA in marketing or PG in mass communication.
Experience- Person with min. 3+ years experience.
