Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, lists, or referrals.
Identify and qualify leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, features, and locations.
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents.
Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement.
Nurture leads through consistent communication, providing updates on new properties and market trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the CRM system.
Update client information regularly and track the progress of leads.
Skills required:
