Job Description

Reporting Location: Gurugram. 6-day week. Tuesday weekly off.
Minimum Relevant Experience: 1-year experience in Tele-calling Freshers or those not from a sales background but eager to start a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Tele caller is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing information about available properties. The role INVOLVES generating leads, setting up appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases, lists, or referrals.
  • Identify and qualify leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about available properties, pricing, features, and locations.
  • Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations between clients and real estate agents.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement.
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication, providing updates on new properties and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the CRM system.
  • Update client information regularly and track the progress of leads.
Skills required:
  • Excellent verbal communication to clearly convey information to clients.
  • Active listening to understand client needs and preferences. Persuasive speaking to effectively pitch properties and services.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with tele calling systems and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
