Interior Designer

• Will be working on both residential & corporate interior projects
• Managing the project in all the stages Concept, Presentation, Design Development, Co-ordination & Execution
• Preparation of BOQs & Estimates
• Preparation of working / detailed drawings
• Preparing layout with understanding of all services and technicalities
• Attending client meetings, taking briefs/inputs from clients for designing and giving presentations
• Thorough Market knowledge and analysis on various products and offerings
• Independent on site co-ordination & supervision
• Coordinating with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Vendors
• Coordination with site supervisor for snags
• Should be well versed in all the relevant latest versions of Softwares

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors In Architecture / Diploma in Interior Designing with 4 - 6 yrs of experience in both Commercial & Residential Interior Projects
• Good understanding of costing/estimation and materials
• Should be capable of multi-tasking and willing to take responsibilities
• Good team player with right sense of commitment & dedication
• Fluency in English and Marathi with excellent written and oral communication skills is a must
