Associate Director - Architecture / Interior Design

Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional experience.

Qualification: B. Arch / B. Design (Interiors)

Desired Experience: 10 - 15 years.

Prepare study & analysis the concept design

Checking & getting prepared all kind of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings

Guiding the team regarding design and detailing

Compilation of all design input data prepared by Structural & MEP consultants and running the project with all qualified and registered vendors and contractors

Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, submission drawings, working drawings and detail drawings as per the requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficient in use of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlook etc).

Architecture software (ZW Cad, SketchUp etc.)

Revit and BIM Implementation expertise is an added advantage.
