Job Description

Content Creation: Write thought leadership articles, case studies, and compelling sales collateral that focuses on Axelerants LD services and successes.
Event Strategy: Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute event marketing for key industry events like Learning Technologies, DevLearn, and ATD.
Community Engagement: Engage with LD communities and forums, both internal and external, to share client success stories and case studies.
Media Production: Assist in the creation of media formats like webinars, podcasts, and video series that highlight our LD strategies and innovations.

While you wont need in-depth experience in all these areas, your willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.

How You Will Be Supported

As part of the Axelerant marketing team, youll have access to resources and a dedicated team, including Social Media Marketers, Designers, Multimedia Producers, and HubSpot Developers.

You ll also receive ongoing mentorship, training, and guidance from your Career Manager and Performance Coach.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-have:

Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling narratives.
B2B marketing experience, specifically in the LD or related sectors.
Understanding of the LD industry, including current trends and challenges.
Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Enthusiastic, open, and adaptable attitude.
Prior experience working with LD organization
