Payroll Executive (On Contract)

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• The prime responsibility of the person is to support the payrolls for various regions under the supervision of Payroll Admins.
• Preparing of the inputs based on the emails, HR systems etc
• Checking of the payroll output,
• Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for managing the regulatory/compliance reporting.
• Checking of any anomalies in the payroll data versus myHr (Human Resource System) and taking appropriate actions.
• Supporting Reviewing and posting of payroll journals i.e. GLs.
• Work on different HR projects/supporting other team members as necessary

Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• 1-3 years of global payroll administration experience
• Should have supported end to end payroll processing
• Worked in a global environment preferred
• International Payroll knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Regular course)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong Communication skills as the person will be interacting with onshore teams.
