Job Description
- Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.
- Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and softwares.
- Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
- To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand guideline and platforms best practices.
- To work closely with the senior designers to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.
- Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service - from brief, creative, design and production.
- Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong hold on design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills And Experience
- Strong designing & communication skills.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing.
- Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.
- Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.
- Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects and interact with large teams, stakeholders, etc
