Role: We re on the hunt for a meticulous maker a designer who can turn ideas into visuals that captivate and communicate effortlessly. With at least 4 years of design expertise, you know how to bring order to creative chaos and create designs that not only look stunning but also solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital and print assets, including social media posts, presentations, emails, and more.
Web Design: Assist in designing website visuals and landing pages that align with our brand identity.
Social Media Content: Design creative assets, including graphics, carousels, and animations, to engage audiences on various platforms.
Brand Consistency: Work with the team to ensure all designs adhere to DevRev s visual identity and guidelines.
Collaborative Projects: Support senior designers and other team members on larger design projects and campaigns.
Feedback Integration: Be open to feedback and actively refine your designs to meet project goals and deadlines.

What We re Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a focus on digital assets (web, social, email). Experience in branding or marketing design is a plus.
- Skillset: Proficiency in Figma required
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
- Proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects is a bonus.
- Familiarity with typography, layout, and color theory.
Creative Thinker: A passion for design and an eye for detail, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Eager to Learn: A desire to grow and expand your design skills in a supportive environment.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback into your work.
