We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic and Visual Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong skills and portfolio showcasing their passion and proficiency for illustrative design and typography, in various design software such as A dobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Final Cut Pro.
With 3-4 years of experience in the field, the Graphic / Visual Designer will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative visual designs that meet project objectives and exceed expectations. This candidate should have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Key Responsibilities :
Graphic and Visual Content Creation: Design and produce visually appealing graphics and visual content for both digital and print media, ensuring a high standard of quality across all outputs.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to bring creative strategies to life, producing powerful visual content that aligns with marketing goals. This includes designing content for social media handles, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining a content calendar.
Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets, maintaining a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Packaging Design: Develop creative and functional packaging designs that effectively communicate product information and brand identity.
UI/UX Design: Contribute to the design and development of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.
Video Editing: Edit and produce video content that complements our visual and marketing strategies, enhancing the overall brand experience.
Marketing Material Design: Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software. Be aware of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications :
Certificate or Diploma or Bachelordegree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, and versatility in graphic design and motion graphics.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Portfolio demonstrating Social media content creation, motion graphics and product packaging
