**Position:** Graphic Designer

**Experience Required:** Interns, Freshers, to 3Yrs Experience people

**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month

**Job Role & Responsibilities:**

1. **Adobe Photoshop:** Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing, mixing, and creating visually appealing graphics.

2. **Adobe Illustrator (Basic):** Foundational skills in Illustrator for vector-based graphics.

3. **Canva (Advanced):** Ability to create polished, on-brand graphics and templates for social media and presentations.

4. **Figma:** Strong knowledge in Figma for collaborative design projects, UI/UX design, and wireframing.

5. **Creativity:** Ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas for social media ads, banners, brochures, and other educational materials.

6. **Portfolio:** Strong portfolio showcasing work across banners, brochures, social ads, and PDF materials.

7. **Educational Sector Experience (Preferred):** Prior experience designing for an educational company or institute, with familiarity in creating syllabus PDFs and promotional materials for this industry.

**Desired Skills & Qualities:**

- Creative mindset and attention to detail for producing high-quality visuals.

- Strong communication skills for interpreting briefs and working within brand guidelines.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
