Job Description

➡️ Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
➡️ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their property requirements.
➡️ Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits, providing detailed insights and guidance.
➡️ Negotiation & Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets.
➡️ Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth buying experience by addressing client queries and providing end-to-end support.
➡️ Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide the best solutions to clients.

Requirements:

▪️ 1-5 years of experience in sales (Banking ,Hospitality and Real estate would be a plus)
▪️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
▪️ Willingness to work on weekends (week off on Monday)
▪️ Bachelors degree preferred.
