Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of destination weddings. You will play a crucial role in managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring a seamless wedding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire wedding execution process from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with wedding planners, vendors, venues, and partners for smooth operations.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure all logistics, including transportation, guest management, and setup, run seamlessly.
• Handle contract negotiations and vendor agreements for cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards for each wedding project.
• Troubleshoot last-minute on-site challenges and ensure quick resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, decorators, caterers, and travel partners.
• Lead and train the operations team to enhance service delivery.
• Implement best practices and technology to optimize workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in wedding/event operations, hospitality, or travel management (experience in destination weddings is a plus).
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently for destination weddings.
