What you'll do

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner at Kesari Awayddings, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing unforgettable destination weddings. You will work closely with couples, vendors, and venues to bring dream weddings to life while ensuring a stress-free experience for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities

• Consult with couples to understand their wedding vision, budget, and preferences.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, logistics, and guest management.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and manage wedding budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Handle timelines, schedules, and on-the-day coordination to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide creative wedding themes, décor ideas, and trend-based recommendations.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized support and attention to detail.
• Resolve any last-minute issues efficiently and professionally.

• Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality (experience in destination weddings is a plus).

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Strong vendor management skills and an extensive network in the wedding industry.
• Willingness to travel for destination weddings.
