Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Creation of plugins/widgets written to comply with WordPress coding standards (with HOOKS concepts).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in building custom WordPress plugins.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in customizing third-party WordPress plugins like WooCommerce, Event plugins, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of complete E-Commerce architecture and systems.
- Strong working knowledge of shopping cart development, including shipping and Payment Gateway Integration for e-commerce websites.
- Hands-on experience in open-source CMS and frameworks like WordPress (with HOOKS concepts).
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / SVN.
- Ensuring software and databases are optimized for performance and functionality.
Skill Abilities:
- Strong experience with PHP.
- Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.
- Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.
- Expertise in customizing themes plugins.
- Strong ability in handling MySQL databases, including database design, SQL queries, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with Bitbucket.
- Good to have: Experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
