Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized SCM Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the dispatch process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of furniture products to customers and retailers through logistics and transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of finished goods from the manufacturing facility to various locations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Liaise with logistics providers and transport companies to arrange timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including inventory levels and shipment status.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure alignment on dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
• Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery, providing timely updates and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5-7 year experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management
