About Role:
We are looking for Tele Caller who works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, Development) to ensure that we are providing an amazing service experiences along with a great product for our customers.
As a Customer Success Executive, You will report to the Customer Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the textile industry to introduce our products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide information or solutions accordingly.
Keep accurate records of interactions and update the customer database.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
-Graduate in any discipline.
0-1 yrs of experience in a similar field e.g. Customer Relationship, Support.
Must know the local language (Read, Write & Speak).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Customer-centric approach - Ability to empathize with customers, anticipate their needs, and proactively address concerns.
Relationship building - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels of an organization.
Problem-solving skills - Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Organization & time management - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer engagements simultaneously.
