About the job:
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning our product development with the dynamic needs of sales operations.
- This role will involve collaborating with our product team to validate and refine the solutions being built, ensuring they address critical pain points and drive tangible value across sales operations functions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Operations, a passion for process optimization, and hands-on experience working cross-functionally to implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Validation:
- Work closely with the product team to validate the output of product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with Sales Operations best practices and business needs.
- Provide detailed feedback and insights from a Sales Operations perspective to influence product development and roadmaps.
- Conduct regular assessments of product fit for sales workflows, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Strategic Alignment:
- Act as the bridge between the product team and sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with sales goals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring product functionality meets the needs of sales teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and operational challenges to ensure our solutions stay competitive and forward-looking.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that streamline sales processes.
- Leverage data to improve operational effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and sales process optimization across the organization.
- Ensure that product integrations are optimized for sales processes, and proactively address any operational bottlenecks.
Data and Analytics:
- Partner with the analytics team to develop and maintain metrics that track the impact of products on sales operations.
- Ensure that the product provides actionable insights and intelligence to drive better decision-making across sales teams.
Collaboration &Leadership:
- Lead the dialogue between Sales Operations and product teams to ensure seamless communication, mutual understanding, and clear priorities.
- Advocate for Sales Operations in product decisions and ensure all enhancements are aligned with sales goals.
- Educate and train sales teams on product updates, ensuring proper adoption and usage.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related field within SaaS or tech-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product development teams to build and validate operational tools or platforms.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, including lead-to-close, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales enablement.
- Working in Top Consulting companies for consulting Sales Operations function would be an ideal fit.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce), revenue intelligence tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with both India & US teams and most of the times you will work on US Time Zone as well.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in AI-driven platforms and tools used in sales operations.
- Previous experience in a product-focused Sales Operations role, working directly with product management teams.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting models, automation tools, and optimization technique.
