Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential students, parents, and professionals to enroll in our courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their learning and career needs.
• Conduct consultations and provide guidance to prospective students about course offerings, career opportunities, and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (talkative and persuasive).
• Passion for consulting and guiding students toward career growth.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of the EdTech industry and training programs is a plus.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
