Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Plan, design and oversee construction projects for real estate company.
- Coordinating with the construction team and contractor.
- Conduct site visit to assess feasibility and gather necessary data.
- Manage the construction site and follow the SOP as per site.
- Understanding about structural and architectural designs.
- Completion of project on given targeted time.
- Conduct quality control inspection to ensure project specification.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and provide regular updates to management.
