We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a 0-2 years of experience in the travel industry and a proven track record in sales and customer service. This position involves understanding customer needs, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

• Suggest and tailor suitable travel options that align with customer preferences and requirements
• Develop comprehensive sales plans and proposals to meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth targets
• Execute sales strategies effectively to maximize customer acquisition and satisfaction
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Identify potential customers and devise strategic approaches to attract new travelers
• Implement initiatives to expand the customer base and enhance market presence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to identify and execute business development initiatives
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination for the successful implementation of projects
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the reporting manager, detailing progress toward sales goals and targets
• Analyze data to derive insights and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed
• Provide comprehensive and relevant information to tourists, including guides, itineraries, brochures, and maps.
