Brief Description
As an experienced Operations professional with a focus on trips operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects related to accommodation, travel, and vendor management. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for travelers
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and cultural nuances & provide guidance and recommendations on different destinations
- Effectively handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to accommodations and travel
- Negotiate and secure favorable terms with vendors for accommodations and travel services
- Identify and proactively address challenges related to accommodations and travel
- Prepare Customized Itineraries for the Sales Team
