Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

Lead Generation:

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads locally and globally.
• Utilize online tools and resources to gather accurate, up-to-date lead information.
• Develop strategies to expand and maintain a current lead database.

Lead Qualification:

• Cold call leads to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest.
• Evaluate and prioritize leads based on responsiveness and potential for conversion.

Lead Management:

• Allocate responsive leads to Marketing Representatives (MRs) based on predefined criteria.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking lead status and progress.
• Continuously engage with non-responsive leads through various communication channels.

Data Management:

• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
• Ensure data integrity through regular cleaning and validation of lead records.

Reporting:

• Generate and share regular Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing lead generation, allocation, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to optimize lead generation strategies.

Coordination and Support:

• Coordinate with sales and production teams by managing schedules and communicating relevant information to customers and internal teams.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data, including MIS reports.
• Process orders, quotations, and proforma invoices with precision.
• Prepare private and government tender documentation while building relationships with authorities.
• Ensure timely responses to orders, developments, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events.
• Provide support to the sales team in all areas as needed.
