Executive - Factory Sales

The incumbent will be responsible to handle the day-to-day assigned role in Sales & support collection team for key customers in Chennai and will work with all the departments to support business and win & keep profitable customers to help and ensure the annual sales revenue and profitability targets are exceeded

This includes but is not limited to the following -

Responsible for meeting established sales quotas


Generating Orders/Follow up in enquiring


Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products


Monitor competitor s activity, new brands, buyers and trends within territory especially pricing


Work with the customer service team to coordinate sales activity and expedite order fulfillment


Investigate and help to resolve customer concerns promptly


Report and record customer order projections and their business trends

Follow up on new programmes/product Development


Effective implementation of credit policy with timely collection of payments as well as necessary documents

Prioritize deliveries by careful understanding of urgencies


Prepare and manage annual budget & obtaining seasonal forecasts from respective factories
