Research Analyst

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to work remotely as a Research

Analyst and Business Administrator. This dual-role position involves monitoring and

analyzing the German economy, news, and social media, as well as supporting the

company's administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will provide

valuable insights and ensure smooth business operations through effective research,

reporting, and organizational skills.

Role & responsibilities

German Economy Analysis:

• Track economic trends, market developments, and key indicators in Germany.
• Monitor updates on trade, policies, and regulations affecting the German economy.

News Monitoring:

• Stay updated with the latest German national and international news.
• Identify and analyze news items relevant to the company's interests or projects.

Social Media Insights:

• Research German social media platforms for trends, public sentiment, and topics

of interest.

• Identify emerging trends that could impact business decisions or strategies.

Topic-Specific Research:

• Conduct thorough research on specific topics or projects as assigned by the boss.
• Use credible sources to collect data, analyze findings, and deliver actionable

insights.

Reporting and Presentation:

• Compile research findings into detailed reports and presentations.
• Present insights and recommendations to the boss and other stakeholders clearly

and effectively

Business Administrator Duties:

Operational Support:

• Coordinate and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and

procedures.

Resource Management:

• Maintain records and documentation of projects, tasks, and schedules.
• Monitor and manage budgets for specific projects or departments.

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between management, clients, and team members to facilitate

smooth communication.

• Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up on

tasks.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track progress on key projects and business goals, providing updates to

management.

• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all business operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits, reporting, and administrative

purposes

Social Sciences, or a related field.
