We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes across various departments The role involves conducting market research, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and customers
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including primary and secondary research
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing research findings
- Collaborate with different teams (marketing, finance, product development, etc) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends that can influence business strategy
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating research databases regularly
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in clear and actionable formats
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Master s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficient in using research tools, databases, and statistical software (eg, Excel, SPSS, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and data collection techniques
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Experience in a similar research analyst role
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced understanding of financial analysis and economic modeling
