Job Overview


The Human Resource Generalist will run end-to-end recruitment along with other corporate HR related functions including Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Onboarding & Orientation, Policies & Procedures, HR Operations, Exit Management, Leave Management, HR MIS, HR Audit, Talent Management, Training & Development, Rewards & Recognition, CSR Activities, HR best practices & initiatives.


Experience: 6 Years+

Candidate Location: Preferred from Delhi/NCR, Ghaziabad, Noida

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent, degree in HR is preferred

No: of openings: 1

Industry Type: BPO

Shifts: 2pm to 11 pm (Flexible)


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shortlisting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Proper maintaining of candidates data for hiring-related insights and performance improvement
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Resourceful in translating the business strategy and objectives into goals, plans, and tactics that are aligned with business imperatives, while ensuring compatibility with the company's values, ethics, and policies
  • Excellence in designing and applying a comprehensive performance management, competency, and compensation framework to support the business and achieve ambitious growth plans
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and continuing education, this may include safety training, anti-harassment training, etc.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • A strategist with a hands-on approach to spearheading business partnering, HR operations; possess problem-solving, conflict resolution, networking, and people management skills
  • Ensure correct document related company policies and procedures are available for employees. Update changes to documents and improve as needed
  • Issue respective letters to employees when due in their journey from joining the company to exiting with the organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite, or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • 6 years plus of human resource management experience is preferred
  • SHRM-CP a plus
